Beginner 3-Day Group Program

Focus on foundational movements and build confidence with dumbbell and machine exercises. Learn the basics and grow your confidence, experience and muscles with the main aim being muscle growth here. Split across 3 full-body days, work your way up by learning the compound lifts, such as squats and deadlifts, and eventually introducing equipment like barbells. You will receive a new phase of your program every 4 weeks, with each one building on the last so you can really see the progress you make.
