Tailored Gym Programs
Handwritten gym program, tailored to your goals. You’ll receive a new program every 4 weeks, each phase building on the last, taking into account your fitness level, abilities and available equipment.
Personalised Nutrition
Personalised calories and macros (proteins, carbs, fats) target, to help you achieve your bodyweight goals. Using your body stats we find out your true maintenance/deficit/surplus calories and ensure you’re hitting the right levels of protein to keep you feeling full whilst building/preserving muscle. I’m a firm believer in dieting on as high calories as possible to make it a smooth and comfortable journey for you.
Complete support
Weekly check-ins to fully support you. I then give feedback for you either via message, voice note or a call… that’s your choice. Completely non-judgmental, I want to know everything - your wins, your struggles, your mindset, so that we can adjust where needed and work together to get you to where you want to be and who you want to be.
Comprehensive fitness app
Exclusive access to my training app, where your program will be, with over 800 videos filmed by myself for the exercise library. It connects to your smart watch and MyFitnessPal, you can add your progress photos, track your weight and chat with me. One place to track everything and be able to reach me 24/7.

I’ve invested thousands into my education already via various courses and qualifications, ensuring I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer first and foremost, and then furthered my knowledge by completing courses in Program Design and Nutrition Coaching. This is all so that I can give you the best service possible.
Why me?
I’ve been flying as cabin crew for 8 years, on both long and short haul, so I understand the tolls of that job especially, but any kind of shift work involving unsociable hours. So whether you’re cabin crew, flight crew, emergency service staff, hospital/healthcare staff or do any kind of shift work outside of the traditional Monday-Friday 9-5 role, I’m the person for you. It’s easy to let the job take over and feel a lack of control, especially when it comes to eating and sleeping. I want to help you find a way to battle the working hours, night flights/shifts with maintaining a routine of training and healthy eating that works for you. That is the area I specialise in.
I can say confidently that I know how it feels to not only want to change and be in that mindset, but also to make the change and be the person you visualised yourself being but never actually thought would happen. I’ve gone from feeling very anxious stepping into a gym (to the point I would go in the middle of the night just so that nobody else was there), to feeling the most confident inside of a gym than anywhere else. I’ve put in the hard work to go through a fat loss phase and was so disciplined with myself for 5 months in the build-up to my photoshoot. It was such a hard thing to go through but so rewarding and I’ve grown so much as a person from it (not on the outside though… that would be counterproductive!) So just know that I can coach you through a fat loss phase with the utmost compassion and understanding.
